Are you looking for a quiet and friendly place to get your exercise and reach your fitness goals? If so, the YWCA is just what you’re looking for! We offer a friendly and low-key atmosphere where everyone can feel comfortable, from the beginner exerciser to the serious fitness enthusiast. Our staff is always available to answer any questions about the equipment, help you with a particular exercise or guide you through the different exercise options available.

Our passion is fitness and we firmly believe that anyone can accomplish their goals with a little guidance and encouragement. We talk the talk and walk the walk. Here's How to Get Started
The fitness center and the group exercise classes are ongoing and you can join any time you like. On the other hand, the fee-extra classes (like ballet) run on a semester basis and you must join before the first class.
